In BI we look at business problems and break them down into multiple dimensions. The data structures we use to help us in analysing our data are often referred to as ‘cubes’ or ‘multi dimensional databases’. This is why we use the tesseract as our logo. The tesseract is a cube that exists in four dimensions.
